GoTo 检测 API：批量号码验证

检测上传列表中的号码是否在 GoTo（Tokopedia）上注册账户。流程与其他社交/通讯批量检测相同。

上传参数

参数名	说明
file	file，每行一个号码（E.164 格式）
task_type	string，固定为 goto

查询任务状态地址

状态码

状态	说明
200	free，请求成功（如状态查询）
202	charge，任务创建成功，预扣预估费用
400	free，错误的请求：参数或文件格式无效、任务类型不支持、或有效数据量低于最小批量
401	free，API Key 缺失或无效
402	free，账户余额不足
404	free，任务不存在
413	free，上传文件过大
500	free，内部服务器错误，请稍后重试
